Tetsuya began his career as a systems engineer and worked across every phase, from requirements to design, development, testing and operation. Moving early into upstream work, he took on client negotiation and issue structuring, and shifted toward the role of bridging business and technology.
He then joined an online business launch as director, overseeing strategy, KPI management, sales, marketing and HR. After turning the business profitable, he led its sale through M&A.
He holds an MBA from Birmingham Business School in the UK. Since returning to Japan, he has served as PM and PMO on new business launches, global rollouts and DX programs for foreign and Japanese enterprises. He founded Enrich Firms, Inc. in 2020 and today acts as the de facto delivery lead for DX and AI transformation at several major companies.
His defining strength is cross-functional experience spanning corporate planning, DX strategy, finance, sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and customer support.
